Carli Duplantis is currently a Junior at Montgomery High School. Carli has played soccer for the twelve seasons and has loved soccer her whole life. Carli started off playing forward and moved back to midfield a few years after starting to play. Two years ago, Carli switched to center defense and has played there ever since. Carli’s favorite part of soccer always looks to be the aggressiveness and one-on-one contact, but she would say different. Carli adores being a part of a team. She loves the way she can come off the field in total agony after working hard in a game and still have a huge smile on her face. Soccer isn’t a game for her; it is a way of life and her way to live. Carli’s team is more than just a group of friends, it is her family.
